The word "ecosystem" is deliberate. An ecosystem is a set of interconnected elements that support one another and create conditions for growth. That's exactly what Collection One Studio is designed to be — not just a room with desks, but an environment where the professional infrastructure, the business resources, the community, and the practical support work together to help members build and grow.
The conventional coworking model gives you access to a seat and Wi-Fi. We're building something that also provides a professional business address, access to a conference room, business resources and referrals, member community programming, practical support services like notary and mail management, and a team that's genuinely invested in what you're building.
Who We're Building For
Collection One Studio is designed for entrepreneurs and professionals who are serious about building something and need an environment that matches that seriousness: freelancers and consultants ready to graduate from the home office, small business owners who need professional meeting space and a legitimate business address, remote professionals who want a professional community and workspace outside their home, growing businesses looking for a professional base in Northwest Broward County without the commitment of a commercial lease, and nonprofit and community organizations who deserve access to the same quality professional space as for-profit businesses.
The Membership Range
Memberships are designed to meet professionals at every stage:
Essentials ($60/month): Professional business address, mail services, 4 workspace hours per month, and member community access. The right entry point for professionals primarily establishing professional presence.
Creative ($175/month): 20 workspace hours per month, a professional address, brand and content sessions, and professional headshot — for professionals who are building their brand alongside their business.
Signature ($250/month): 40 workspace hours per month, 4 conference room hours per month, 3 brand sessions per year, and full member amenities — for professionals who are in the Studio regularly and meeting clients professionally.
Designated Desk ($350/month): A consistent, dedicated workstation with up to 40 hours per week access — for professionals who want their own space in a shared professional environment.
Private Office ($675/month): An enclosed, private professional office with up to 40 hours per week access — for professionals whose work requires privacy and full-time professional space.
