FAQs
Can I decorate the venue with my own theme?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own décor, work with an independent decorator, or hire Anchor & Air Collections for a fully designed birthday aesthetic. We just ask that all decorations are removed by the end of your time slot.
Can I have a DJ or live music?
Yes. Music and entertainment are welcome. We ask that all entertainment respects Broward County noise ordinances, particularly for evening slots.
Is outside food and alcohol allowed?
You may bring or have catered food from a licensed provider. For alcohol service, a licensed and insured bartender or catering service with proper licensing is required.
What is the Founding Member rate?
Book before our Grand Opening in Fall 2026 and receive 30% off your first birthday rental. No payment is due today — we hold your date and confirm all details as we approach opening.
