Common Questions
Can I book for a recurring weekly or monthly meeting?
Yes. Monthly memberships include reserved meeting time, and we offer priority scheduling for recurring corporate clients. Corporate accounts receive simplified billing and dedicated support.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For weekday meetings, 2–4 weeks is typical. For large all-day team events or training days, 4–6 weeks ensures your preferred date is available.
Is the space available for hybrid meetings with remote participants?
Yes. The studio offers high-speed Wi-Fi and AV capabilities suitable for hybrid meetings. You may bring your own video conferencing setup or use your device with our display system.
Can we bring our own food or have catering delivered?
Yes. You are welcome to arrange catering through any licensed and insured provider, or bring food for your team. We are building a preferred caterer list for your convenience.
What is the Founding Member rate?
Book before our Grand Opening (Fall 2026) and receive 30% off your first rental. No payment is due today — we hold your booking and confirm all details closer to opening.
